Purchase & Earn Points

Ensure that you are logged into your account prior to making an order. Order as usual and your points will be added to your account automatically.
You are able to view point accumulation by logging into your account.

Redeem Your Points

Your points can be redeemed for credit toward your next purchase. Points are like cash basically. You can use them any time you wish. Simply add the amount of points you want to deduct from your order and the cash value will be deducted.
There is no time limit and your points do not expire.

1. How Can I Join HemClear’s Loyalty Program?

You are part of our Loyalty Program from the moment you create an account with us. You will begin to earn points with every purchase you make (remember to log in BEFORE you order).

2. How Do I Spend Loyalty Program Points?

Your Loyalty Points can be redeemed towards orders at any time. Your Loyalty Points will be available as an option to include at checkout. You can choose how many points you want to use with each order.

3. Do My Points Ever Expire?

No they do not. There is no time limit on your points, you can enjoy them whenever it suits you!

4. Where Can I See How Many Points I Have?

Log into your account. They will show up clearly next to your name on the top right of the page. Also, you are able to check these in your account under My Reward Points.

5. What If I Forget My Password To Log Into My Account?

Select the 'Forgot Password' option and follow the on screen instructions to reset.
